Aroma massage is a calming massage that combines soft, flowing strokes with natural essential oils. The touch is lighter and more even than in classic massage — here we don't work deep into individual tight spots, but move along the whole body in one continuous motion.
We choose the scent together at the start. We'll go through the options, you can take your time to smell them and pick the one that feels right that day. The same person often picks a different scent on a different day, and that's completely normal.
A slow pace throughout, for deep relaxation. Especially good when you feel restless or your thoughts don't seem to settle.
How the session goes
- You arrive a few minutes before your time
- We choose the scent together and talk briefly about how you're feeling
- There's time to undress in peace, you decide what feels comfortable
- The treatment is done at an even, calm pace
- You get up in your own time and pay at the desk

Do tell us before the treatment if you're pregnant or know you've become sensitive to a particular scent — we'll choose the oil accordingly, or leave essential oils out entirely.

Frequently asked
How does aroma massage differ from classic massage?
The touch is softer and more even. In classic massage we work with slow and deep strokes on the areas that feel tight — in aroma massage we move along the whole body in one continuous motion. The scent is also part of the treatment.
If one particular area feels tight, classic is the better fit. If you want to settle completely, aroma is the one.
Can I choose the scent myself?
Yes. We'll go through the options at the start, you can take your time to smell them and pick the one that feels right. If you'd rather not choose, we'll pick for you.
What if I don't like strong scents?
Just say so at the start. We can use less scent than usual or pick a lighter option. If the scent doesn't feel right at all, classic massage is done with unscented oil.
Can I have aroma massage while pregnant?
Do mention the pregnancy when booking, or at the latest at the start of the treatment. Some essential oils aren't suitable during pregnancy, so we'll choose the oil accordingly or leave essential oils out entirely. If yours is a high-risk pregnancy, please check with your maternity clinic first.
Does the oil stay on the skin afterwards?
A light layer stays on and absorbs gradually. It's worth not planning anything straight afterwards where you'd need to look completely put together. Many people book aroma massage for the evening for exactly this reason.
Which length would suit me?
30 and 45 min work for one area. 60 min is the most popular. 75 min and longer suit aroma massage especially well, because the slow pace really comes into its own.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the treatment. You can cancel through the link in your booking confirmation, or by sending a message on WhatsApp.

Payment cards, MobilePay, and ePassi, Smartum and Edenred benefit vouchers. We're unable to accept cash.
